Intensely imagine a thing until you truly get the feeling of it being real then at the peak of that joy and ecstasy of feeling its reality,you surrender it to God/your higher self and let him create it for you,you stop visualizing and imagining it and let it come to you That’s why he said that smaller things are easier to drop since we don’t care about them that much, and so they become real/externalized quicker by our imagination , while what we really want we just keep clutching it and imagining it over and over and not let the seed drop and our higher self can’t get working on it
