Great video Brian. Key points: meditation is like a muscle you must work on it daily to get stronger. Meditation is a time to visualize. Use your daily pratice to focus your attention on the scene or act of fulfillment for up to 4 minutes. This makes sense because Neville always talks about when your mind wanders bring it back to the scene.

Since I started using Brian's meditations and listening to his podcasts, I was asked to edit someone's book (I'm not an editor); I have found peace in my family relationships; I was able to give someone a pep talk using Brian's information (they said it was my best pep talk:) and their perspective of their situation changed completely; I wake up in the morning in a happy, relaxed, less worrisome state which stays with me throughout most days; I feel more in control of myself and life; and more. Thank you for all the work you do.

This seems to refer to being in the alpha state of mind like the Silva method. "The alpha state is a light hypnotic state - relaxed, yet focused and receptive. In this state of consciousness, a person is calm, able to absorb new information and become more resourceful and open to new possibilities." The easiest place I found to start was to relax and simply focus on something pleasant. The idea of keeping your attention on the wish fulfilled is pretty much the same. Relax and calm your mind and gently focus on the pleasure you would experience when the wish had been fulfilled.

I gone through depression which was like a risky phase of my life. I somehow managed all my emotions without anyone’s help. Later on, I had a same challenge but instead of pushing self into depression state, i started helping myself this time a little more and used the law of repetition. I simply replaced word depression into disturbed. Everytime i had real bad emotions filling my mind and body, i used to cry for no reason, i used to say to myself “You are just disturbed, just disturbed, deal with it in silence while it lasts bcos this feeling won’t last fore more than 5mins”... it didn’t seemed working but by time, my mind became my best friend and my saviour by making itself a automated machine which used to identify my mental health and used to chat in my mind to look at the situation in a very simple manner. And then, i learned meditation, meditation is not only to silence your mind or being in a state of emptiness but also to help yourself fix your sub consciousness by changing what you repeat mentally, emotionally and physically. I usually do my meditation after a workout or yoga that helps me to calm down my body as well as my mind. I would love to learn more ways of self love, meditation and kindness. Neville Goddard teachings and your voice truly changed my life. I’m truly grateful!

Hi Brian, I just thought of a new meditation this morning. With an inhale send your awareness to your crown chakra. Hold it there and mentally say Om. Exhale and send your awareness to your root chakra. Hold your breath out long enough to mentally say lam. Inhale and send your awareness to your third eye chakra. Hold your breath there long enough to mentally say aum. Exhale and send your awareness to your sacral or 2nd chakra. Hold your breath out long enough to mentally say vam. Inhale and send your awareness to your throat chakra hold your breath there long enough to mentally say ham. Exhale and send your awareness to your solar plexus chakra. Hold your breath out there long enough to mentally say ram. Inhale in and send your awareness to your heart chakra hold your breath in and mentally say yam or I am. Exhale out keeping your awareness at your heart chakra. Hold the breath out long enough to mentally say yam or I am. You’ve just completed one round. Start over,or work your way back out. Like go from there to-throat/solar plexus, third eye/sacral,crown/root. The a sound in lam, vam, ram, yam, and ham is the sound of aw as in saw. The chakras above the heart belong to the divine masculine. The chakras below the heart belong to the divine feminine. Creation so far has never been right because the divine feminine has been denied. An example of this is that most religions refer to God as the Father. Neville in his opening to Feeling is the Secret reports that the subconscious is feminine and is the true manifestor of all that is created. He goes on to say that the ancients referred to her as the slave. If that’s not denial I don’t know what is. Things can never be right until there is a perfect balance of the father and mother in us. The father is pure reason and operates through the intellect. The mother is silent knowledge and operates through feelings. When you create through the power of assumption you are using your feelings to manifest. The mother has been ripped off because she is subjected to having to manifest whatever the father’s concept of himself is.This meditation is aimed at balancing the father and the mother at the heart. The still point of balance and equality. The home of peace, love and joy. The “Heaven” on earth!f

I meditate twice every day and it is a new experience every time....I don’t fall asleep ...it is like a mind exercise ...Dr Dispenza talks about the same explosion Goddard talks about...he is saying that can be fulfilled by a strong emotion, that meditation is truly the key to transformation. The way I do it is by going inside the blackness and try to flow in consciousness becoming no one, then I focus on my intention usually inner and auto healing . I am looking to get complete body healing from disease. I am grateful for your videos and all the information you offer. Never knew Neville Goddard until I discovered your videos. He was really on the point and understood the process of healing with the mind. Interesting that Joe Dispenza and Goddard both talk about an explosion produced before the healing. That is what I would like to achieve. Dr Joe says it is produced by a strong emotion that will transform body chemistry . I am trying to get there and achieve self healing...Maybe you can find a way to explain this technique better or guide us into it with meditation to assist the mind into that explosion to heal the body.... According to people who had achieved the healing , they do feel the strong emotions...like a bliss ...I do imagine the explosion means the way we transcend the physical towards the higher self...but how to get there ? Thanks 🧘🏽🗝 🧬💥

Thanks Brian! Have you tried breath holding! You can hold it after you inhale or after exhale. There’s also the box breathing technique where you inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds, then hold the breath out for 5 seconds before inhaling back in for 5 seconds, and continue. Of course as you calm down you increase the count as you are able. I’ve heard that veterans with PTSD have cured it using this technique. You can also try to slow down the length of time it takes you to inhale and exhale. You can slow it down so much that it seems almost that you’re not breathing. I use to attend satsang with an Indian guru that used to say,”breathlessness is deathlessness.” There are many different types of breathing patterns that can be explored.

I have been trying to simply focus on a noise in the room, like a fan, and emptying my mind. It’s the type of meditation suggested by Abraham Hicks. I’m finding that sometimes it’s really great and I achieve a weightless detached state but mostly I just chase thoughts around in my mind for 20 min. What I’m gathering from the comments is that people have the most success when they find a simple process that initiates the meditation. I’m going to try some stuff and see what works....and mostly do what you suggest, look at meditation as something that is fun and that I look forward to doing!

I specially love sublimal meditations. because I am already in advance level, I can meditate anywhere, anytime, in the bus, inside my office, if i have a problem i wil sleep on it and meditate, but my favorite time is right before sleep. it helps me create a routine. we face daily problems everyday, we solved hundreds of problems each day. so i believe that I should meditation on what issues I want to solve. Currenly doing a quantum jumping; meeting my twin, i find myself excited, i feel like i can do this often if not everyday because like you said, meditation should be fun. and it's fun meeting my future self and telling me how i solve my current problems

Yea... Boom... That moment when you realize the empirical obviousness of the importance in sustaining energy direction at choice of will by holding thought, intent or visualization. No stranger to these subjects infact I teach many myself. Coming from a zen background that's definitely my default. But that's because it's easy for me. Silence, void... The space of pure potential or pure creation. That was always first for me. As evidenced by eeg scans. Holding thought is something my brain has difficulty. If I am reading a book or sustaining activity in the physical, through eegs, I have seen my brain adapt and change so that doing extreme mental acrobatics becomes a delta or theta event for me almost immediately, without intent or knowledge. Sustaining alpha, beta or Gamma or higher..... That's the direction I have been trying to round off as a whole. No thought and thought. But that piece where it is pointed out that most hold for a few seconds, thinking it was 30 secs, 60, a minute and a half... That if they could see a 'reader' or 'detector' of how much energy they are moving I think most would gladly continue. Without that device. That moment in the clip gave me the same internal epiphany/revelation/confirmation. That if I can direct or focus on that scale... Wholy Bat Cakes! Thank you!

For now... I start with 5-10 Rounds of Win Hof Breathing followed by Dr Joe Dispenza Pineal Activation Breathing and let the Spirit/Breath lead me from there... It get pretty crazy! 🤠❤️🔥🌬️🧬

Hey there! I always heard about meditating before I sleep, but sometimes when I do I just fall right into asleep. Can I just do this meditation during the day when I'm more awake?

It's good to fall asleep while visualising, this will cause your desire to manifest!

I am just curious when I am mediating, I listen to rainfall app on my cell with earphones...Is this okay to listen to a gentle rainfall app...I also have a breathing app....I do deep breathing before entering meditation then I switch to my rainfall app and meditate...Is this okay

It would be much better not to have this moving patterns as a video, but nature or water or just still picture.
