Hi Lila, how do you overcome everything external to yourself?

Hi LM, it may feel easier said than done when you feel you’ve lived a long time where “external things” ruled you. I recommend a little meditation each day, whatever part of the day feels best, even just 5-10 minutes but consistently. Whether sitting eyes closed or walking in nature, whatever works. Point is to step away from the “external world” and just watch the thought, tune into the “I am” energy before any concepts that follow “I am.” Your inner teacher will guide you the rest. At first the external energy may fight for dominance due to habit of giving the attention and power to it for what feels so long time. But like a muscle, your true being and power will win.

If you want yo look at this intellectually then you are correct so no need to waste your time watching this video. This channel is based on the mystical teachings of Neville Goddard who taught imagining creates reality and the world is you pushed outwards (a reflection of your beliefs, feelings and imaginings). If you don’t like what you see on the outside he teaches you to use your imagination to catch the feeling of your wish fulfilled and to persist without force and test it out. Like any skill if your imaginal and faith muscle are weak you can build them by experience over things that don’t feel big and impossible first. There are all kinds of testimonials of people changing their lives, ultimately we can learn to change the world as well. But if you just want to criticize and doubt without learning and applying these teachings then you will continue to perpetuate the horrors of the world. Your choice, stay asleep and observe or operate your power 70x7 until we all are redeemed back to the great brotherhood of consciousness that existed before we took birth and to what purpose imagined bodies and minds return to. Even in the worst horrors in the dream of life that seemed to affect the masses, there were those who were untouched and did not suffer, not just the rich and privileged, why not examine the greater mystery why and see it is all planned and an alarm clock to wake on a mystical level. If not now, your time will eventually come whether this wake dream or the next, Neville teaches we are all promised to spiritually rise.
