@@RyanHallTalks I’ve always used it for good intentions but knowing you can use it for evil is scary af. Also really connecting the feeling to the thought has really helped. I learned about the ladder technique using your right hand to go up and left hand hard to explain that but you really feel a body connection with it. Also using it right before bed is really powerful like you said. But I’m just starting to use more now, that I’m in the winter arc era and during this time is always bad for me but I’m switching my mindset to this is gonna be the best winter fs.

@Wellbeingwithmarley You start off practicing it while in a place where you can be quite or relaxed. Like ready to take a nap or before sleep. Then later you can visualize the conversations through out the day. Day dreaming works much better if you really put the energy and time into powerful visualizations during those periods of the day. Because the day dream visualizing is just to bring back up the feeling of the deep state.

Thank you for the video! Did you imagine yourself in first person and objects/people appearing in front of you, or did you visualise everything as if it was happening on a screen?

@soundarya1788 You're welcome. You're supposed to imagine things in first person. Like things right in front of you while you're interacting with them. If things are on a screen in your imagination, you're in the third person position. Whatever position you are when visualizing, the experience will manifest with you in the same position. Sooooooo, if you visualize someone cuddling in bed on a screen. Ta-Da! You'll manifest exactly that. You'll end up watching people laying in bed on your tv or laptop. Congrats. You just manifested watching tv.

@@juliom6260 Okay this is actually super important because it could mess up any other manifestation processes later. Do you currently have like resentment or things you haven't forgiven her for? When you let go of the old self image of her, you may be surprised as her frequency starts rising. I'll always advocate for working on fixing existing marriages Those types of bonds are difficult to find and worth working on. It only takes one person at a higher vibe to tip the scales and begin repairing the relationship. Partners transform powerfully when we're fully in alignment.

@@juliom6260 Those resentments will cut you off from most manifestations, even the ones outside of the relationship. We've got to forgive everyone in our lives. EVERYONE. So when you talk about the cage, it's not actually her, but the resentment that she's reflecting back to you that's in your heart. You let go of the resentment you'll start realizing she was never the cage to begin with. Just a mirror to show you the cage you had created around your own heart and life.

@anitamarko3769 Honestly it's depends on how many times of practice it takes for you to make the feeling like it's real. If you do it once and get there, then congrats, you're good. How long it takes depends on what you're planting. It will come to pass, but in it's intended time. If I told you an exact time frame then I'd be lying. But I can tell you it will happen. And at the perfect time. So be a good farmer and get to planting the things that you desire.

Also, can you please do a video on manifesting the perfect job. It is difficult to sometimes to imagine that - e.g., the details like well paid, nice colleagues, amazing work opportunities etc.

@deborahwest4671 This one took a few days to notice a shift. The manifestation probably took about 1-2 weeks though since we needed to do planning. The timeline all depends on your amount of energy and the regular timing associated in the seed of what you desired. I can talk about the perfect job concept one.
