You gave a great tip here in not being too comfortable. I will try that. For those of us who have trouble sleeping, especially falling asleep, SATS can be a tall order. When sleep comes you want to board that ship, not stand on the pier visualising.

Starting from 100 with 2 seconds in between each second? How do I develop that kind of patience? I would probably just doze off or do something else by the time I get to 50 or 40 😂
