I so appreciate the succinct manner in which you explained this process!! I've listened to so many audios on the How To prepare for SATS, and feel this video made things click for me! I have felt prevented from getting into a SATS because I obsess over certain challenges in my 3D, which frankly are traumatizing and keep putting me in a state of shock that feels impossible to just "shake off". For some reason, the idea of focusing on a candle as I allow myself to relax, got me excited! I am going to try this tonight! Thank you, sincerely!

I understand that you use AI for the audio, but you changed it to some other voice program and it had so many errors I kept having to double back to figure out what you were saying because I wasn’t reading the words. Might be time to find a different voice or listen to the whole thing before you publish it just to figure out how to change it, so it makes sense.

I KNOW ABOUT THIS TECHNIQUE FROM OTHERS ON YT....and it is very simple to do! However...our rational mind can many times overrule our AFFirmations because it does not believe what we say. Therefore...ASKfirmations are the way to go doing this technique, since there is no resistence to what we ASK reaching our Subconscious mind.
