DONT USE BOUNDED IT GIVES ONLY 60% DPS BUFF EVEN WITHERED BETTER (66.6% buff and 25% range) lemme calculate this for y'all 100% buff makes 100 dmg ---> 200 dmg For example we take cool down of 1 Which makes it 1.25 (25% firate debuff) 200 dmg 1.25 CD Which makes it 160 dps making it a 60% dps buff
