It's possible that that Chapayev wasn't running the upgraded hull though. It only gets access to radar once you upgrade the hull. ;)

Damn, so many potatoes in a tier X game. No BB seems to know where their rudder or throttle is and even many of the cruisers weren't any better.

1.7 or 1.5km really makes no difference to a BB captain, especially at T10 where rudder shift and turning radius are larger. I still find it amusing though that when ever DD's get nerfed BB's are the first to get blamed, like they're the only ship class to shoot back. Fact of the matter is, is that said statement is all so true. I never see Cruisers shoot at DD's unless they can see the whites of the captains eyes. *Edit* A bad BB captain can just as easily be exploited no matter what class of ship you play. DD's also get guns for a reason, and those islands aren't just there for aesthetics. There is no justification to blame BB's as a whole when one uses simple intuition.

Guys, in patch 0.6.4, I cant play my replay file. Everytime I login, it always stuck at loading bar. The game doesn't want to play it. Any idea why?

should've cover ally yamato with a smoke at 9:03. Other than that Well Played, sir.

He couldn't, he was too far from the Yamato to arrive on time to give him smoke cover, plus the enemy BB was so close to that Yamato that the smoke would've been useless, so he did the next best thing; used the Yamato as a shield to sneak up close enough to torp that enemy BB xD

That's not what I meant. I meant AFTER he killed enemy BB, the Yamato was on very low health and exposed to multiple enemy ships. A smoke would've help him escape.

Hassan AlQarni Yamato was on fire, think he had 2x fires, even if Shima would have given smoke cover, the Yamato would have burned to death soon after, so the smoke would have been wasted.

That was excactly my thought prosess in the situation. I tried to get close to the Yamato, killed the FdG but the Yamato was already down to 15k HP with two fires on him and three cruisers shooting him. My smoke would probably not have saved him :(

Well if that yamato didn't rush he would have killed that GK lot sooner with torps, and yamato would have lived
