I mean.. they added a LITERAL rail gun, they're obligated not to touch it, a shot from a rail gun basically doesn't have bullet velocity and is literally built to one shot enemies. This was my favorite sniper out of any COD game, it seems pretty balanced to me considering what the gun actually is.
