Hi ladies, if you’re going to sleep in them, unclip some of them while you sleep (unclip the ends or every other clip, etc). Even during the day, while working from home, I will unclip the ones in the front. It doesn’t go anywhere 😅

I kept it in for about 3 days. I wouldn’t keep it much longer than that to minimizes tension on your hair but it’s possible lol the grip on those clips are crazy.
