Theres 2 black wires because it doesn't matter which way the wires go. It doesn't really need internal fuses the BMS will cut power if it ever gets shorted. Looks fairly well made to me. Although yes defo not 25ah but even so for £7 you got a total bargain

I have ordered another charger (a better quality one). I will try to test the capacity in the future and report back my results. Thanks for your comment.
