iv watched other streamers get awful pulls from this set. after watching the 3rd SAR zard pulled from 151 im convinced certain streamers who get early product are being sent loaded boxes to hype up the sets. same happened with revs early obsidian opening too. other streamers are getting 1 SAR in like 100 packs.

i think they are clumping up the hits in production, because i bought 3 booster bundles, of an obsidian flames set after watching one of your insane pull videos. not a single hit in all 3 boxes. and because the U.S. gets first jab at cards before canada does, its likely that the U.S. gets a majority of the big hits. the best pulls i got from obsidian flames was from an imported ebay booster box from the states

If you open 30 booster packs, that would be sufficient for you to meet the Central Limit Theorem - meaning that it can reveal a normal Guassian distribution of card pull rates. This should give you a rough estimate of what type cards you can expect to pull in a ETB.

It makes me sad that the chase card is seemingly so easy to pull. When I was a kid in the 90s a charizard was so rare that even seeing a picture of one in a magazine was a treat. Maybe its because back then I only had enough money for one pack at a time and never saw rare cards. I hope the kids today still have as much fun as I did when I was young.

@@axolotlman920 Pulling the harder cards seems to be easier which I like as it helps avoid scalpers jacking up prices. I know collectors don't like that as much since it reduces profit but I think greed has started to ruin the hobby and taken some fun out of it. I do agree the amount of pulls seems to be less than in the Sword and Shield era though.
