I did the second half with a dot team changing ruan mei for jiaoqiu and it was really good. Kafka, black swan, jiaoqiu and luocha have the exact weaknesses the enemy has and they all have ultimates that weaken all toughness pretty well

I use practically the same teams as you, and this looks a lot less stressful than last patch's. Kafka and Doomsday Beast both being Lightning resist was rough for Acheron last time.

I was somehow able to pull Feixiao and Kafka and get them built before this and got 6.9k points, I was using premium team on both except replace Topaz with March and Huohuo for Gallagher. None of them have their signature LC except Feixiao who was using Ratio's sig. I probably could've gotten more points but I didn't really read any of the text and just went for it.

Got 6.9k with Jingliu Robin FX Bronya (E2) Aven side and Firefly (S1) superbreak second side. Honestly, this feels like the easiest AS so far, Aventurine here feels so much easier because theres no more RNG factor in his dices. Not to mention Firefly demolishing Phantylia's flowers. Also the Ice buff is so funny, its nice seeing my Jingliu hitting 500k damage after she has been neglected by hoyo for so long.

8:05 you can see Trends procing, some people perhaps dont know but Jiaoqiu debuff only procs during the initial turn of the enemy, when the enemy has multiple actions Trends can be procd if the enemy targets it.

Yea exactly, i was confused why he says trend doesnt work with jiaoqiu. It does work because each debuff is a separate source. The only time something like that doesnt work is when you skill on silverwolf for example, which applies multiple debuffs from 1 source.

@@cheezus4747 Youre confusing, what I said still applies to the logic people who claim Trends and Jiaoqiu dont work together for Acheron believe, Acheron only gets 1 Stack per turn, meaning in enemy turn that stack is used when Jiaoqiu debuff takes place, but what Im saying is that some enemies have extra actions similar to our characters Follow up attacks and those dont trigger Jiaoqiu's debuffs but also count as their own separated turn in the turn order which means Acheron can get stacks on those actions and thats the case I pointed out, Trends wont give Acheron stacks in the same turn as Jiaoqiu debuff, but there are special turns that Jiaoqiu wont give stacks meaning Trends can give stacks in his place.

First half can be easily handled by a decent Feixiao team if you have her. Did it with a Feixiao, M7, Robin, Fu Xuan team myself. And then Phantylia croaked under the Molten Knight's blade, Firefly is really good against her and 90% of the game's enemies if you didn't know.

It was interesting seeing this title pop up after I finished AS 4 with 6857 points going "Well now what?" since I’m so used to struggling and using unusual comps for that final star in the last two Apocalyptic Shadows (which were my first ones) Granted I pulled for Feixiao, meaning side 1 was Feixiao, Topaz, Robin, and E1S1 Fu Xuan (I don’t have Aventurine, and I need someone to compensate for the fact my Feixiao's crit ratio is like 75/80). Leaving the classic break team Ruan Mei, E6 HTB, E6 Gallagher, E1 Firefly left to fight Phantylia. So naturally it would be easy. Honestly I could probably optimise it further. I was a bit panicky with using my x2 on Aventurine quickly, and I didn’t focus the flowers super hard in Phantylia since I didn’t need to in level 3.

sounds like you had a good time! i think your teams have definitely improved since the last AS and that's also contributing to it feeling easier and once you fully build feixiao you'll be destroying everything

@@artumbo Oh yeah, I definitely had an easier time by comparison due to pulling Feixiao and Robin. Specifically about the last AS just for comparisons sake, I had Firefly against Doomsday Beast, meaning I was using E1S1 Fu Xuan, Topaz, March, and Asta to basically brute force Kafka. It actually worked pretty well once I got the right run and strategy, pulling almost 3.1k on side 1, with Firefly on side 2 getting 3.7k by the time I managed to get that final star. There was a point where I learned Jingliu could clear against DB, but for some reason I was struggling to deal with the not killing parts too fast so it won’t regenerate thing, I don’t know why I struggled with that. But it ended up not being important, since I cleared with that other team anyway.

I love aventurine and his bossfight actually. It's been a pretty weird team but I used Pela, March 7th The Hunt, Robin, and Luocha. I did get past stage 2, so it's nothing to brag about. For me, I think this AS is my favourite one so far. Hopefully I can clear stage 3. Stage 4 is still pretty overpowered to me... also I used Pela as the Shifu for March, lol 😭😭😭

Hiii Artumbo! Soo, I have been obsessed with minmaxing my Boothill. I see you're running him with crit rate body, but hp orb. Is it only cuz those are your best spd/break effect pieces or do you feel like it doesn't make a significant difference whether one invests into his crit/talent dmg on top of his break dmg. I've seen different dmg distributions. What are your thoughts on this overall?

hey aleksandar! i kinda just went for break/spd > main stats and my crit body just happened to roll well (of course i'll try to prioritize crit rate body and atk/phys orb if possible, but it turns out that my best orb was hp) i dont think it's worth going for a slightly worse rolled piece even if it has a better main stat and ive found more success this way - one other very important factor is boothill eats a LOT of damage (most of the time gallagher sustain will be more than enough though) thanks to standoff so i honestly might try to go for a def body to pair with my hp orb in the long run what have you been running?

@@artumbo the point about boothill tanking dmg is a good one. I just recently bragged to my brother how boothill is awesome cuz you can run him with zero sustain much more easily and with less uncertainty survivability wise, cuz 3 of the 4 chars can run 2 defensive main stats (rm, bronya, boothill). I have been running my boothill on 2p thief 2p watchmaker, 2p Talia with crit rate body and physical orb. It's a somewhat frustrating matter, cuz I sacrifice most of my bronya's crit dmg to get her to 162 speed to be 1 spd below my boothill, so I almost feel like I'm running in circles, cuz on one hand I'm tryna raise his talent dmg, but I still have to sacrifice so many stats for his break playstyle. His crit ratio with Bronya's ult ends up being 80 : 300 which sounds good but with his low atk it doesn't yield all that much dmg. I am trying to farm a perfect 4p Thief tho. I am so confused as to whether to care for crit or to go for defensive main stats. If I go for the latter I'll have to refarm talia pieces to minmax be and spd. Conundrum 😂

Weirdly, the Aventurine in AS is way easier than the Aventurine on MOC, simply because he doesn't have his GAMBA phase, which not only makes you lose an entire turn, but also makes you take absurd damage and CC if your character doesn't have AOE attacks. The Aventurine in AS just spam attacks that are mostly whatever. I used Lynx against him and she sustained with zero issues.

I may suggest that u use 2 piece messenger for jiaoqiu to reach 160 easier. Also Gallagher with quid pro quo is giga busted for archeron team, my pela literally have full ult with just 1 skill quite often

I got 6781 points on my first try. In the first half i used e0s0 Feixiao (accidently got her instead of Robin), e6 Hunt March, e0s0 Sparkle and e0s0 Fu Xuan. In the 2nd half i used e0s0 Firefly, e6 HTB, e0s0 Ruan Mei, e6 Gallagher. Honestly, Aventurine in this mode is much more enjoyable than the standard Aventurine, tho the score is still much lower on him than Phantylia, mostly because most of the characters still need better relics + traces leveled up (especially Feixiao).

I struggled with this more then previous AS levels unlike other people here. For the first side I do not have Robin, Feixiao, Boothill, Yunli or Jingliu so I tried Jing Yuan and Ratio and failed terribly. Didn't even bother completing the JY run and Ratio finished on 791 AV. Honestly I find it incredibly stupid design to give us an AS buff that lets us reduce toughness with follow-ups on off-elements and then just give bosses high resistances towards every single off-element. Regardless I managed to barely get 3 stars by switching my Acheron team to the first side and using a full power Firefly team on the second side. Acheron/Sparkle/Jiaoqiu/Aventurine got 1179 AV and Firefly/Gallagher/HMC/Ruan Mei got 1500 AV, so I closed it out with 6679 points. My characters have quite decent investment with Acheron,Aventurine, Ruan Mei and Firefly all having their signatures and good enough relics, so I don't know how other people with less investment and less synergistic characters are supposed to beat this game mode in this state.

Tbh struggled with this AS, it was much harder for me than the previous, took me 55 attempts to barely hit 6600 points compared to 4 attempts with a result of 7000+ points on the prev one Used the IPC FUA team for the first half and Firefly superbreak for the second both times. Despite the buffs for FUA teams on Aventurine, using Ratio as the main DPS is kinda ass here cuz of imaginary res. But I'm skipping Feixiao so had no choice but to bruteforce it

Aventurine is such a turn waster. I managed to 3 star AS but didnt really enjoy this one, The new mechanics with the summons and the fact you cant delete all of them at once is a bit irritating.
