I have found, in my travels, most national and state parks have a 35' limit. I found this out during a cross-country road trip in my parents' 37' motorhome. Many conversations at the gate went something like, "How long's your camper?" Me, "37 feet." Ranger, "The park has a length limit of 35 feet. So, how long's your camper?" Me, "35 feet."

Aloha from Hawaii!! I really enjoyed this video because this Heartland Road Warrior is everything I want. It has the master bedroom, the second bed in the parlor, the one with the ladder. It also has the folding couches plus the design of the kitchen is perfect. I love that the trash is hidden and can be taken cared from outside without having to smell the odor from inside. I love the two patios and to know that the patio on the side can hold up to 2,000 pounds. The two T.V.'s outside is also a great idea. Then I love the fact that there are two gas tanks, one for the generator and the other to fill your toys, motor bikes, etc. The three entry doors are also a good idea because then you can control the flow of traffic...kids, adults, and people coming and going. In the kitchen, its the first time I seen a sink that big and I love it.That bathroom is spacious and that bath tub is huge!! I wish we had RV's in Hawaii because I totally know where to use it and what to do with it. Thank you for this video!!

Of all the MFG's Heartland has the only properly balanced heating system that works. You might not care about that on a nice day when you buy it, but it's a big deal when it's 27F outside and a 40 MPH wind and the family is trying to sleep. We have this model and love it. Winterized package helps in the cold and heat. Get the 7 year extended warranty and insist on a 25% discount on both the warranty and RV. We have triple air but 2 will do it just fine if you use the duct bypass (direct air from the unit) on a hot day.

4 seat and 2 seat Rzrs and Can Am X3's fit in the garage perfectly. Different floor plans available. The Splendide washer/dryer fits in smartly and easily takes up hardly any room. My favorite is a small toy hauler, because there's a lot of things you could do in the garage and if you don't get a fifth wheel toy hauler, just conventional toy hauler, you can always get a new truck or SUV; not out a lot of money compared to the class A or Class C motorhomes. Trailer is having a diversified RV portfolio. I like the garage portion, great projected patio, plus some have bath tubs and frt kitchen. I hate gallery kitchen, traffic flow issues. Garage is great storage for toys, or thro in air mattress, great sleeping. Slide outs are okay, but just another problem, when least expected. Solar panels are must have, better then generator. Class A Motorhomes okay if you're going to be mobile. They're very expensive to maintain they have a lot of toys on them so be ready for breakdowns. If you wreck them, Ins. are very poor. Not many mechanics really know how to work on them, expensive $$ beast. Class C motorhomes are very mobile to get around, sleeper over the cab is a waste of time : either too hot or too cold for good sleeping and if your senior, it's very risky getting in and out of there. Plus if there's two people sleeping up there, the frame over the cab really can't support much activity. I would prefer a truck frame chassis with a trailer attached o it, because if you don't like the truck frame chassis you can always get another one, just removed the trailer. I have a Class A, Trailer and Truck camper.

The biggest problem with most of a toy hauler is the livingroom/ kitchen area. I've been in a friend's rig and they found it's excessively high and they wish it had more storage capacity below the floor level instead. As far as I can see, this is a rolling palace. If I were buying another toy hauler, I would not consider the laundry in any location, especially in a rolling palace, but in a hallway or an alcove, but not in the bath, or the bedroom closet, or in the place where my "toy" will occupy.
