Hack for the flocking and glitter stay and not fall off is spray some Mod Podge ultra shine. Try it first on the ornaments see how you like it.

I like the small black table the first way. With the small lit Christmas tree. When Christmas is over you can put the lamp on it. but first way is what I like. I really do not care for the bowl on the table.
