Ngl the mod was very nice, also I got mine today and I disassemble the keyboard and I dint saw any foam inside but the sound is really good tho.

Yes, the current RK61 is so much better than older ones. I've bought 5 since 2020 and have seen how they have evolved over the last couple years. The ones from 2020 are much more basic.

Does your RK61 have flex near the numbers? As if the padding on the battery is pushing the pcb and plate upwards.

For me no, if you have that problem I recommend that you change the board or open it up to check if the battery is inflated

lol now I want to buy another RK61 (2022), but I already have the older nonhotswap version. Did other models get a 2022 upgrade as well? For my next, I'm thinking of getting a 75% as I really miss the dedicated function and arrow keys.

Yea most of RK models have been updated to their 2022 model, so they all have foam inside already

@@cheepee5563 As I understand it, the switch mfg's have updated their moulds in order to avoid that now.. I know I dont get any with my gateron ks 9 v2 pros and my outemu's. I'd expect most companies have adjusted already in order to get rid of the inteference.

If i put tape in my board i dont get it closed. I use the rk68 and it has foam in it like the board in your video.

hey so recently i got the 3 mode rk 61 when using wired the keyboard leds spaz out from time to time. sometimes the keys are inresponsive and sometimes the certain key just keeps spamming for example when i press h 2 things happen either nothing happens or it just keeps spamming hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh until i unplug and plug in the keyboard agn. bluetooth and 2.4ghz work fine but i rlly need to fix wired any fix?

You can try a different wire or just claim the warranty given by the shop you bought from

Currently no, they're fixed by RK but the software may allow some customisation

Question why do we need to clip the stabs?

It depends honestly, if the feet or the bottom of the stabs are not flat they will rattle because they are not stable, the things we are clipping are actually just extra plastic from the molding process. But do check first, newer stabs are mostly flat now

It was very rattly or unstable before, the legs are there from the molding process so it's better to cut it off

Hey, so the 2020 version comes with better stabs, case foam, plate silicon and has slightly better quality than older versions.
