It’s really a Japanese BMW. Without the Massive Failures and Ridiculous $$$ and parts. Drives great but the dealer network are very crooked. They have hundreds of cars on their lots and yet trying to destroy you with BULLSHIT and HIDDEN Fees

I just bought a 2024 turbo premium. I love it. My only complaint is that the car honks when I lock/unlock it. Once when I lock, twice when I unlock. It already beeps when I lock and unlock, so I see no reason why it needs to honk too. Can't figure out for the life of me how to disable the honk on lock/unlock, might have to contact my dealer. It's crazy that that's my only complaint so far, everything else is fantastic.

I could be wrong but when you approach the car or walk away, he beeps ans automatically locks (if you have the key fob on you). When you lock it with the fob ir honks. Maybe you can let it auto lock only?

I have a 21 CX30, which I love, but am considering the CX5 or CX50 for my next to get a little more space. Though think I'll need the turbo to get the responsiveness in the larger and heavier crossovers. I'm going to test drive them next week, but suspect the 5 will be a smoother and more comfortable ride.

9:14 the CX-5 turbo is rated to tow up to 2000 lbs. The CX-50 turbo can tow up to 3500 lbs

It has power seats for driver and passenger, and 2 way memory for driver - not sure about passenger......test drove one 2 days ago at San Diego dealership - amazing vehicle feels super quiet, rides better than german luxury SUVs, fantastic engine and power, only thing is the design is getting old inside - however extremely well built, better seats and quieter than last year - feels like a super premium product. We have a 2018 GT hatch fully loaded, besides an s550 merc sedan - this feels like a fantastic vehicle and it is! hope that helps

Nice reliable car but its not a Miata in SUV form. Its a fwd. The closest miata in suv form could be the newer cx90 or cx60 in other countries.

It's actually an AWD. The CX-90 is nice but it is a lot bigger and clunkier than the CX-5. In my experience the Turbo CX-5 feels subjectively "sportier" but you won't confuse any Mazda for a true sports car. They are reliable and fun to drive, however! Build quality is great for the class.

@@markwarren7904 My bad as there is a fwd version here in my country. Yes the cx5 will feel smoother to drive as this uses a conventional AT. The newer cx mazdas are clunkier due to a new tech transmission. I hope they come up with a software update soon to sort out things.

Prefer the older grill. Mazda stepped backwards. Like the more solid looking grill.

Mazda does not offer black emblems or black lower window trim. I will black it all out. Mazda has to look after customers better and get with the modern program. To bad I have to change all of it 👎👎👎

Coming from a Subaru legacy xt, mazdas turbo is light years better, not even close, and the cvt is just junk.
