Nice you could change to a new coffee creamer. ✨ There are a lot of ingredients in the food products that we have In the U.S.A. that are completely banned from other countries having those products. Getting in the habit of looking at the ingredients in each food product is such a good idea as it’s a big factor to the health related issues Americans have now days. Glad you could figure out that was what is going on. ✨ Great reset video!

Oh my.. just now seeing the whole video.. I LOVE the new bed!!! And I love Wayfair (especially when they’re having a great sale☺️) Good for you Lizzy.. you deserve it!!! I was missing a third pillow to my favorite comforter set.. So, I took a throw.. rolled it messy, tossed it on the two pillows.. and I love the look till I find the ‘perfect’ third pillow!

I'm so glad to hear you changed your coffee creamer.. I made the change about 6 months ago for the same reasons.. and boy, do I feel so much better.. since then, I've been trying to make sure I read the ingredients on everything I buy, and I try to stick with simple ingredients that I can read. & of course, fewer ingredients is always betterfor you Also you can even make your own creamer as well. That would be a great video for you to make.. overall I luved yr video and the music to 😉👍💕

Pretty bed! Are you talking about the soybean oil? That's the only thing I saw in the ingredients. Maybe you're allergic to soy? I am very skeptical about getting information from TikTok.

Soybean oil is not good for you! But it has an ingredient called carrageenan in it which is linked to colon cancer and known for causing issues with your gut! It’s on the label! And you can look up the information about soybean oil and carrageenan!
