Very different from previous generations of Tiguan. It looks more aggressive and boxy. Will probably sell well due to the size and upscale details that set it apart from Honda and Toyota. Not to mention the new powerful TSI engines-the smallest produces 192 hp!

I dont agree concerning the look, my 2020 R-Line looks way more aggressive (it is lower and wider tho). That being said, I love the new model and also think this will be a big success. Like you said, the hybrid engines are amazing. Theres a dealer right next to my office, I will check it out as soon as they have one

Looks a step up from the current Tiguan. Im looking at a 162TSI R Line Allspace demo with 2k on the clock for 60k in Aus. Unfortnantly I cant wait for the new models as my old car was wiped out in a rear end collision so need one now.

The current Tiguan R looks much better .This new model looks like a fatter Rav 4 .The interior is an upgrade and the full led light bars and finally they added ambient lighting to the dashboard ! Never understood why they only had it on the doors while every other manufacturer had it on the dash as well
