Unless you're staying in some schlocky hotel I think the showers are clean. They have maids and they do clean the rooms. I have never used shoes in any hotel shower but I tend to stay in nice hotels.

I always stay in nice hotels and ALWAYS use shower shoes. I also spray down my room for extra sanitation. Do you know how quickly those maids have to turn around a room? Never assume everything is cleaned to your personal standards.

Well this is awkward. Those socks are tube socks not “slouch” or “scrunchie” socks. There is a difference. Slouch socks don’t look like tubes. Ask any Gen X’er or younger baby boomer. We wore 2 pairs of different neon coloured slouch socks all throughout the 80’s into the very early 90’s on top of each other for a double colour slouch look. My favourite combo was neon pink over a neon yellow. Today’s generation could wear a beige or white over top a baby pink slouch sock. I’ll never wear them again because I have the pictures from the 80’s and they look just as ridiculous then as they do now. We went ankle by 1993 for a reason- listen to your elders 😂 all y’all kids decided the 80’s and early 90’s “mommy jeans” the boomers all bought at Costco at that time are cool. 😂 Gen x wouldn’t have been caught dead in the jeans you kids wear now because they are the same Costco jeans our moms wore when we were kids. Jeans and pleats don’t go together kids. Today’s 20 year olds dress like Gen x’s parents did in the 80’s. Gen x think you guys look hilarious!
