Jordan from Scott Family Farms is a 4th (Moms side) and a 5th (Dads side) generation family farmer from eastern South Dakota. With his father, they grow soybeans and corn on approximately 1200 acres (580 hectares). They do not have any livestock at this point in their operation. Jordan is passionate about farming and promoting sustainable agriculture to the world. On their farm, Jordan and his dad like to try new things and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency, sustainability and ultimately profitability. Jordan hopes this channel will shed a light on the ever-changing world of agriculture and bring some educational value to his viewers.

Hi Jordan, have to say your son was rocking the Fluorescent colored hat eating his breakfast. When I was young traveling on long trips with my family I was always asking, are we there yet?, so liked the Homer Simpson insert clip. Enjoyed the tillage tool Drone footage. What hp is needed to pull the 40ft terra?

380 minimum is what their website says. We use 525hp and it pulls really nice. At a more aggressive angle it will obviously pull harder.

What speed does it do best at?

We run about 9-9.5mph. Does a nice job at that speed.
