Con is like many at 850nm. But that is only a viewing people issue, looked nice and clear though.

Hi, I recently bought this item. May I know aside from the accessories it came with, is there other add-ons or accessories I could buy from it, like to change the rubber silicon for the eye facial etc? Appreciate if you can direct me to a link or so. Thank you

Great review, one question does this have a screen brightness control? I had bought a nice one similar for one hundred bucks more, but after looking through them, eyes were strained by light I kept seeing the electronic square screen after looking through them for about 2 min. A thermal review for around 2,300 bucks would be great, with no IR to be seen by others. One thing to consider having thermals is better security patrol cause the crime is increasing, the epidemic drug crisis we have with meth in Rural areas & cities as well tweakers are getting more brave sneaking around to break into residential rural areas at night, it would be nice to see their heat signatures to catch em in the act 300 yrds, to give them a warning with a mega bull horn for them to leave, cause the cops are an hour and forty minutes away, even 10 min could be to late for someone. I've been looking at thermals 1000-2300 $, just need the best review results. Some for 2500 as I've seen some for 2000 we're about the same optics, honestly would prefer a thermal w/o built in batteries, or thermals that take 6 AA batteries. It would be greatly appreciated.

@hugostiglitz269 be nice, we're a community of gear and firearm enthusiasts. Mr. Rodney I'd stay away from any night vision at that price range unless 704 tactical reviews it. For only an extra 30 bucks you can get this one he's reviewing with the discount codes. Have a good day 👍

@@jasong5913 I was on the fence about purchasing them and opted not to since i didn't have time to do my research. I'll probably wait until Black Friday.

8 'AA' batteries my guy? A PVS/NVM14 runs for 60 hours on one. That's a logistical nightmare. Overall though this unit looks to be better thought out than similar products I've seen.

Years ago I bought an outdoor security camera for $50 that had IR night vision, looked good at night, but just like this you're limited to how far the IR light will throw. True night vision is more expensive, but not dependent on artificial illumination. I'm not sold on this even at an ok price.

@deltashot5608 Жыл бұрын
Its not because its night vision its because it uses a bright infared light to see things which gets you spotted

Funny to see people reviewing technology that was invented in 1939. Thats 84 years ago people. Sony made a video camera back in 1998 which had a “night vision” (infrared) mode. It even was capable of seeing threw clothes. I ran around with digital NV when i was 14 years old. Im 36 now! Hell in 2010 Jakks Pacific released SPYNET Night Vision Infrared Goggles for children that do this same thing. You can get a pair for like 30 buck online. All of a sudden this tech keeps getting rewrapped and called new then priced for hundreds? I dont get it. Morons reviewing it obviously have no idea what they are even talking about... Sorry
