using kinich burst after first e hit completely replenishes his e bar so you can get two instant hits with optimal burning 4-5hits each rotation is possible

It's becoz sometimes his widsith gets atk buff in those cases mualani does like 170k. And your Widsith might get Elemental damage bonus in which case she does like 360k+

As someone mentioned below the Widsith ca give different buffs but there´s also the fact that He didnt swirl or cristalize Hydro losing a lot of mualani´s DPS increase, cause that way he can´t use the Scroll of hero effect and Kazuha´s passive.
