@@El_GordoTV No, it doesn't meet U.S. safety standards. It is a Toyota product made for third world markets.

It would be nice indeed if they do sell at $8,000.Pickup used to be a bit above the price of a regular car , but today most pickup are more expensive than a Mercedes , to all car makers make a cheap under $20,000 car or pickup for north america and forget about all the electronic toys like infotainment , give us the cars you sell in the third world at a cheap price and if I want to add any electronic toys I will have them added later if I have money to burn but stop pricing those cars out of the range of the average consumer.

I doubt that the Toyota and the Montana will be available in the USA starting at $8K. What will the starting USA prices be? My thoughts are based on questions you didn't address. Does the Toyota have a 6 foot bed? How wide is the box (inside measure). Will the Brat and Montana be available in 2 door standard cab with a 6 foot bed?

The coalition of Automakers worldwide is worse than the Tyson fixed-fight debacle. Anybody else asking themselves, "What a coincidence that all the American models for 2025 look similar with a pipedream price tag that is merely a starter".
