Happy Sniping! Updates: (1) [Important] Pure Chain Lighting Build: I forgot that Thunderbolt Converter now improves skill damage. I figured this out during my testing and forgot to update ot here. Thunderbolt Converter 1, 2, and 3 should be in 'Must Pick'. Thank you, Altanna! Mistake: (1) I accidentally used the "Steady Profit" Blessing Icon instead of "Jackpot". I meant to use Jackpot for all of those Blessings, not Steady Profit. (2) I accidentally didn't include "Bolt from the Blue" in the Gradual Improvement One-Shot Build. That can be taken as a "Nothing Better". See Tip (1) for more info. Tips: (1) From user huskyandhdftw: You can take a point in Bolt from the Blue in any build that is using Magical Supply to extend the duration of Fatal Current and give more time to land the next one-shot. Not the most amazing ascension, but definitely a solid "Nothing Better" option! (2) From user MrFailology: When using Gradual Improvement, you don't want to use the CritX Gemini since it is Additive with the GI Blessing. IF you can manage to get a Combustion Fusion Elemental Gemini set up, your damage will be insane.

ty m8 your tiger builds are cracked! I'm relatively new to GR started playing on xbox was struggling in MP normal difficultly my top dmg was around 17mil tops for the tiger runs. But after using ur list I aced MP elite difficulty with over 40mil dmg. I love Tiger hitting 5-8 oneshots during fatal current is extremely satisfying I feel like rolling thunder like unstoppable force XD

I used your first graphic to really hone in on our Reincarnation 9 run this week. We got Gluttony as the last boss (our first time fighting them) so my dmg got a bit boosted but finished out the run with ~1.9 Billion DMG. I love sniping and this lightning cat so much.

Bolt from the Blue works pretty well in a thunder and glory build with 50% chain lightning shock chance. (If you want to go pure wizard and spam thunder bolts without thunder nemesis)

Something to consider about GI builds that I dont believe you mentioned is that it frees you from critx gemini since critx damage bonuses are pretty diminshing. Instead you can build into Ele-Share to try and abuse combustion to further send ur damage to the moon.

I would go for the general tier list and just act like the Blessings dont exist! All of these builds will work without their Blessings with the exception of maybe Gradual Improvement One-Shot (but even that will work for lower levels most likely)

Nice catch, but that's actually a mistake in the game's text. It's 90%! On the 9/23 Patch they updated it to 90% in the patch notes. They haven't reduced it in the patch notes since. Just a text error, I think!

Apologies if I'm a dummy and missed you mention it, but do you not take Bolt from the Blue in gradual improvement build? Seems like adding a 3 second window to your E is a good QoL with nothing better at least, less likely to miss the window of chaining kills and maintaining E uptime

All builds only include 1 that you have to have at the start, the rest you just pick based on the tier list. Each build only REQUIRES the top-left blessings, and even a few have options for the top-left blessing! :)

I'm confused about the tier rating for summon a thunderbolt to strike when chain lightning hits one target. As far as I'm aware and have seen from speed runs, the lightning governor cheese is almost the key way he is played.

Yes! But this is a GENERAL tier list. Outside of a very specific build (which I personally find too RNG to make a build list for), its terrible! Remember, I make tier lists to be useful, not to arbitrarily rank ascensions/weapons/gifted man talents. I always try to maintain a given context for the list, so that it informs while spurring action. It is my personal opinion that most tier lists are not very useful, but that they APPEAR to be useful. An arbitrary tier list is easier to make, but less helpful, though if I were to arbitrarily rank that Gifted man, I'd end up putting it in (A) bc "its so OP in this one build", but then you can't* use the list correctly unless youre playing THAT build. Cha feel me?

The DR on the gifted man Fatal Current was decreased from 90 to 60. Pretty big nerf! Do you think it's still worth it?

That looks to be a decode error. The 9/23 Patch upped it from 60 to 90. I think they just have the old text in there. From the patch notes: "2. Old: After casting [Fatal Current], remove self elemental effect immediately. In the next 2s, gain immunity to elemental effect and reduce DMG taken by 60% New: After casting [Fatal Current], remove self elemental effect immediately. In the next 2s, gain immunity to elemental effect and reduce DMG taken by 90%" The patch notes after that do not say anything about reverting it, so I think you're good to assume it's a bug! Let me know if I am missing something! Also: if it was at 60, it would still be A-tier.

Also, I'm currently running the void proc tri-elemental build and it seems like the chain lightings that proc from a crit don't have an increased chance to shock (from gifted man). Is that just bad luck?

Hey dude, cool guide. Just some criticism from a guy who deals with UX stuff: Please use a different font. In a work like this your text doesn't need to look fancy, it just has to be easy to read. Throw in some colour codes like highlight Chain Lightning teal, Fatal Current purple, etc. and you're gucci. Just don't overdo it with colour.

Another useful spiritual blessing is skilled trick. Just by scoping in(right click) it adds 20% lucky shot. so you can spam right clicks until you get 200% luckyshot (For sniper builds)

Incorrect! All these builds will work before reincarnation, just skip the blessings. Youre not moving efficiently, almost certainly. Watch my video on 'how to get good' at GFR and it will show you some practices you can do to get better.

If youre doing the Gradual Improvement One-Shot build, I would go for an Elemental Gemini. If you don't get a Fusion Effect, go for Fire damage.
