If you put a bush spray adapter on your wand, you can get a circle of pressure going out from the wand.. would help with your idea of cleaning from the inside.

I can't find the original filter for my summer waves sfx1000 anymore. Anyway that you might be willing to make me the same adapters?

It's indeed a nice product to have. But, the price point is not justified for average pool owner.

Does it become unstable when it gets spinning too fast and want to wobble? Also are the bearings on the original adapter made of ceramics? I can see that over time they rust up if not ceramic.
@CycloneFilterTools2 жыл бұрын
Spinning it fast will have a couple undesirable results. It will sling water and get you wet, can cause wobbling if the filter is unbalanced, and does not allow the spray of water to penetrate to the back of the pleats. If you spin it fast it won’t be unstable to the point of tipping, it’s pretty stable. So we recommend a direct spray with a downward angle and it won’t sling water, won’t wobble and will clean to the back of the pleats. The bearing is made of stainless steel and have been holding up great. Thanks for the inquiry.

I don’t need something to make it spin around. I just want some way to get the crud out of the inner pleats of the cartridge. When you see what you called stains, it’s mostly crud from the inner pleats. Invent something to help with that, and you’ll sell it, no problem!

The kit should come with a mat and lip at the edge to catch sludge

I'll pass like the others. REALLY like the idea and would buy it but at $300?? There is no way this costs $300 to manufacture.... Price point too high for me... Would have been better to market around $100 and you would be selling tons of them...

Yea I think $199 would have been reasonable, it is a great idea and product

yes, I'd pay $100-but not 300!

Man I hate cartridges such a giant PIA. So happy when i ditched that filter. Went with a sand filter and glass. Almost mtn free with occasional backwashing.

Yeah like it but…not at that price point! No way

I just now ordered one, I will really put it to the test! Will recommend, if it passes my test, but I clean enough filters, that in my mind, it justifies the cost, as a business tool. Seems to perform very well, per the demonstration.

Put it to the test! And check out the tutorial video too if you haven't already.

How did you like it?
@carlc5748 Жыл бұрын
@@marcoallende3683 very fine, it sped up the cleaning process, the wand just broke, can I use loctite to fix it, it would have to withstand water pressure, the part where it broke.

300 dollars insane. i can make it cheaper myself

I have a hard time believing that the cartridge being cleaned just came out of a working pool system. Looks like it was dipped in something. No thanks, I have my own system. In 10years of cleaning filters never have I had one like that, even letting it longer that normal.

Keep in mind that every pool encounters different types of debris. I did not doctor this filter in any way. Have a look at some of my other videos and you'll see even worse.

that thing is ridiculous

What a joke this is. And the filter is still filthy.
