On this one, I leave the antennae hanging out of the body of the decoy. Works from a long way out. Also, consider checking your remote batteries...the stock ones are crap.

make sure you unplug the battery for storage or they will be dead when you want to use it as the remote pulls current from the batteries all the time.

Ralph E I thought you were talking about the remote. My mojos are the stupid nonrechargeable kind. They run off of AA batteries, so my batteries are always pulled out when the Mojos aren’t being used

It would work the same way. Pull it apart and install the receiver, just make a hole for the antenna that’s well above where water would ever be. Enjoy!

I used mine from 40-50 yards without issue. Just be sure there’s not a lot of interference.

Me Clay the position the wings stop in is random and has nothing to do with how you set it up. If you want colors on both sides of your wings, you'll need to do something with the white side of the wings or buy a different set.

Probably, but I haven’t tried it. The lucky duck has the built in communication slot, so it may just be easier to control it with that.
