These swapping scams are easy to avoid as long as you look at trade notifications because the notifications will tell you the exact item they put in the trade and if they removed it and added something else.

Someone hacked my roblox account in early 2023 and took all my valuable pets in adopt me, that was one of the worst moments of my life, being unable to get back into my account and then when i was able to i joined adopt me and saw i only had commons and Uncommons left… (i had quite a few neon legendaries)

I know that feeling, almost everyone went through this. I had some pets that were pretty old & I hatched them on my own when I was younger I loved them pretty much like my crow or my brown bear, I worked so hard, but then they got hacked and I was really sad, it’s so unfair. I currently got my brown bear back & i‘m still trying to trade for my crow. I hope you and all the others that sadly got hacked get their pets back, have a great day & stay save everyone that is reading this

I didn't know they fixed the rainbow dragon hat. Thats really cool. I tried so hard to trade for a rainbow dragon when the update first came out because I knew I didn't have good enough luck to hatch one myself. I cannot even begin to tell you how many scammers tried to trick me with the hat instead of the pet. It was so infuriating (I was offering a fr midnight dragon btw). Luckily though, I always check everything im getting in a trade before I accept it and so I caught the scammers every time and was not scammed. You just have to be VERY careful and trust no one.

That's why it's not a good idea to trade for eggs because It's never guaranteed you'll get something good. I recommend you only trade your legendary pets for equal or better pets that have been hatched already, that way you know exactly what you're trading for.
