My daughter came back from her antenatal appointments during her recent pregnancy crying and upset nearly every time. Her expensive obstetric group tried to coerce her into getting jabbed at every appointment. She was told she was putting her baby at risk and that she could deliver an underweight or premature baby. She actually delivered a large healthy baby. The baby had covid at 5 weeks old when her dad picked it up from work. She grizzled for 1 day and had a slight nappy rash. That is all. I am so proud of my daughter that she didn't cave in to all the pressure and discrimination at appointments. (Another story)

Without proof of their claims, they've added declining the jab to the list of things that can result in a "poor outcome". Your daughter was treated very badly at a time when she deserved support and genuine care - it is disgusting what is going on. My daughter - a fairly newly qualified doctor and unvaccinated became pregnant earlier this year. The midwife did mention the jab but maybe as my daughter is a doctor she wasn’t going to lecture her - I think she said something like ‘I suppose you’ve done your research’ or maybe this midwife is one of the wise ones. Anyway my daughter has just got over covid - she was unwell but nothing out of the ordinary - and I blame a week in a GPs surgery followed by 2 x 13 hours shifts in the hospital at the weekend on top of already being very tired. I am so relieved that my daughter - so far - seems to have escaped the worst of the discrimination but I think she has been lucky.

I was pregnant through the vaccine mandates in NZ. I was bullied at the hospital for not being vaccinated pregnant when I was there for a fall not covid. I was left out of my daughters school events, specialist Dr appointments and swimming lessons. I was not allowed into public facilities or cafes ect... I was treated so incredibly poorly however I now have an incredibly healthy thriving 4 month old baby so it was all worth it. Our baby attended more protests in utero than I can count, I walked miles heavily pregnant in support of free choice... she will be a fighter ❤️

My wife and I were/are both unvaxxed and planned a pregnancy last year. On Nov 10, 2021 we conceived. We both contracted C19, probably Omicron variant, in late Jan 2022. While my wife was sicker than I, and with symptoms for longer, we both recovered, seemingly fully. Our son was born at the beginning of August 2022, seemingly completely healthy. My daughter who received two vaccines while pregnant had her baby August 5th. The baby Henry had a massive stroke before coming home from the hospital that went unnoticed. My daughter had a sock monitor on him that she bought second hand on eBay because the government banned what they considered a medical device. The monitor picked up that he was having a seizure caused by the stroke. After being rushed to the hospital a CT scan revealed the stroke. They could not find any genetic reason why Henry had this and just said it happens to 1 in 4,000 births. There were two other babies at the same time in the ICU who also had strokes in this small town tiny hospital!

No vax had my daughter in April. In July covid ran through our house. No one was vaxxed. I nursed my baby. My husband and I felt crappy for a day or two. Our 8 year tested negative but had a fever one day our middle child had allergy like symptoms but no fever. The baby had no symptoms and was literally right by my side the whole time. We survived. My wife's friend was given her 2nd dose at 36 weeks, she went and saw the doctor 3 days later as her bub was not moving. 2 days later they said the baby had died of a blood clot in the brain. They refused to acknowledge the vaccine may have anything to do with it, thus, insinuating to the mother that she was unable as a pregnant woman to birth a child. The coroner was not told about the vaccine status, and yet the report showed that it was not genetics, nor physical trauma (falling, etc.) that led to the death, and thus a question mark is on the death certificate. My friend had Covid twice (March and Dec 2020, admitted for 02 and steroids in Dec) then a month later had multiple PEs (still not resolved) and 2 wks after her booster Dec 2021 she developed extreme vertigo which she still has - she's been told she has permanent damage to her auditory & optical nerves, "cause unknown but probably viral". I was pregnant from April 2020 to Jan 2021. I was asked if I wanted the vaccine when it first rolled out and I refused. My doctor seemed like it was something she had to ask but I could tell she was in agreement with me when I said NO to the vaccine. I thank her for not pressuring me. I'm still breastfeeding at 20 months now and I still haven't had the vaccine. We did end up getting covid earlier this year when my son was a little over a year old. He breezed through it. He just had his checkup last week and I was a little shocked they asked if I wanted him to get the covid vaccine. He's already had it (I suspect twice) so I refused his vaccine as well.

I’m an Australian midwife. Had done an immunisation course and felt I was someone up to date with current information. When my daughter became pregnant last year she asked me if I thought she should be vaccinated against covid. I strongly urged her to have the Pfizer vaccine as it was the recommended vaccine against covid for pregnant woman and still is in Australia. She had her first jab at 6 weeks and second at 10 weeks pregnant My grandson was born with an undiagnosed severe congenital heart defect TAPVR. He had surgery at 36 hours of life. He is 4.5 months old and still in hospital. He will come home at some stage but it has been a horrific time for us all. The enormous guilt of encouraging her to have this vaccine is huge. I want to believe his cardiac defect was not caused by this jab however Thinking rationally very few drugs are safe in the first trimester of pregnancy.

My niece who is Rastafari, refused all the way through her pregnancy to have the 💉. We get a lot of critique for relying on places like the US VAERS & British Yellow Card reporting system because these are only reports & do not prove any causation. But seeing the trials phases were merged, animal testing was bypassed altogether, then the placebo arms were vaccinated anyway, this rendered all the official trial data worthless. So VAERS, the Yellow Card system & others like it, perfect for the job or not, are all we have to refer to. These systems were set up in the first place to show up any early warnings of dangers.

I live in Victoria, Australia and in October 2021 whilst in the early stages of pregnancy I faced the awful choice of get vaccinated or lose my job. The Victorian Government implemented legislation that I never thought I would see in my lifetime. I did not vax while pregnant, or before. I was ok during my pregnancy. Everyone just got Covid, I’m assuming omicron. We all had a high fever, including the baby for 1-3 days. My baby was 5 months old at the time, and had the fever the worst. After 3 days she was fine. It was worrisome, but we did ok. I’m still glad we didn’t vax. Now we have better protection than the vaccine offers.

I had two mRNA vaccines during pregnancy last year. One at 23 weeks and one at 26 weeks. I was totally fine. Didn't react at all. Delivered naturally at 40 weeks. Baby weighed 7lb 14oz at birth. Everything was normal. Baby is totally fine. 9mo now meeting all the milestones.

Twenty six years ago my obstetrician assured me that I wouldn't need to be overly alarmed about getting a serious respiratory infection while I was pregnant as the body's immune system goes into overdrive to protect you and the baby from any possible infections.
