Pretty happy with my defense atm and don't think the new skill does anything major from what I've seen so it's a skip for me.

I have rijkaard and baresi as build ups but i went for the VVD (got him in 2 x 900 coin spins) and i am not regretting it one bit! Hes taller than baresi with crazy jump and his stats in defense are better than rijkaard with way better physical contact. Not too sure how effective the ariel fort is but he does win a lot of defensive headers! On the ground hes a beast as well. Im pairing him with one my other destroyer defenders, mainly cannavaro and with lahm and thuram as full backs and its working great

what build do you use for VVD?

@ i went for 12 into defending, 9 into lower body strength, 7 into ariel strength and 3 into dexterity. I also got a random booster that gave me ariel for my second booster. This build with deschamps as coach gets the speed to 90 and keeps all the defensive stats above my rijkaard with 97 physical contact and 92 jump. Hes my main first name on the team sheet at this point hahahaha

My Puyol and Rijkaard said iam fine, no need to spin. Tbh, ifeel like saving spins for legends is better then spin for Showtimecards.

If you picked up NC Isaak, you dont need any of these guys to hold off any Bullet Header striker. No usable defender is better. Tah with 98 jumping is similar, and wins everything in the air. We're talking 288cm jumping for both. Same as Koller.

2 reasons I skipped. 1, I have old Showtime VVD 2, this new skill will come to Epics like Maldini soon. I'm waiting for better defenders, personally. And like you say, unless someone's using Drogba, its all on the floor anyway. Crossing and long balls aren't a thing.

better defenders? did you see van dijk's and tah's leg length and arm length they are much better in that area then maldini, nesta, puyol... plus stats are similar as well, only form is a problem

Ambrosini is the most slept on CB card option (because he's a box to box) But he's 101 jumping (better than all these guys) and has similar defensive stats as well.

Just a silly way to make insecure players spend money. I used to do one cross, maybe two in the game until recently, now I do a bit more but still rely on short passes and counterattack which makes this feature useless.

Short man Cannavaro 90 speed 90 accel 90 balance 99 jump is still better than these wannabe CBs (i spun for all 3 of them btw) The only Showtimes that are performing so far is B2B Bellingham and Rodri

Barry, to be honest. What are we doing here? How long can we accept the way this game is setup? The graphics ate horrible, the gameplay is so bad. We still got the freezes after almost 4 years. The script is next level. Absolutly destroying top 100 players and losing or drawing againdt div 2 or 3 players. The content is so effortless. And i can go on forever. The question is, how long are we gonna accept this as a community? Is it really that our standards are so low that we're gonna keep pouring money into this mobile port? C'mon man, we deserve better than this..
