I feel like Deadlock is going to be like fade / gekko. When people start to know her util she will be either very useless or very useful. So she might get a nerf in the first patch notes :)

Riot has gotten VERY good at releasing balanced Valorant agents. Despite the reactions people had to Harbor, Gekko, and Deadlock on reveal in that people thought they were extremely busted at a first glance, all three have turned out to not be as strong as people have originally thought and all bring their own unique benefits to having them on your team

Honestly she seems like the agent that will be map depends. Like there’s so much to use on bind but her traps won’t cover as much in breeze

@@homeywisp I just got her, honestly underwhelming on large maps. She straggles covering choke points and can’t really slow rushes. The sensors don’t have enough range and the barrier it’s wide enough to force you to break more then one segment most of the time. However on bind she covers all chokes reliably and the sensors have good uses. As well the made is useful because it can cover more stuff. It covers all of hookah. But on large maps it just doesn’t cover as much. She looks good on both sides. I think she’s just ok and will be used sometimes in pro play.

@@alex76ersthe sensors can detect through walls if you know how to do her placements you can get really good holds. She can stop people from going into cer points and most maps have a small enterence into the bomb sites.

@@misuki_moyuki yea but on chokes where the sensors are effective the walls can’t force you to break two segments so her stalling is extremely limited compared to other meta sentinels such as kj.
