Wearing the gloves is a great tip. I will definitely give that a try. Thanks

A nice pole for that sort of angling, it’s great to see /hear your mate Vince giving you some very valuable tips, just one thing I thought he would have told you to lift your pole rollers as you seem to be bent over and twisting, not good for a five hour match, how do you manage wearing gloves when it’s wet? I did try wearing some once or twice but struggled breaking down when it’s hectic , Sensas made some proper gloves for pole fishing with small rollers built in. Just hearing him explain about lifting into bites made me realise why I seem to foul hook so many fish whatever depth I’m fishing👍👍👍

Thanks for the feedback buddy. I’ll have to talk to Vince about the roller position. On the gloves, they got wet as soon as I was unhooking fish and they were great 👍.

The partex actually required to make it 16 metres long, the pole is actually 15.5 metres as stated on the pole.

Ha ha, don’t think that will be happening. If I ever feel the desire to do that then a much cheaper pole will be used 🤣🤣. Big hippos and concrete steps is not the best for your pole.

Will never replace the feeder fishing. But always good to try new things, I think 😬
