Lee Chanhyuk, the brother, looooooves synth. His whole solo album is extremely good and has a lot of synth in it. He's also known for being a bit quirky with his behaviors, but he's a genius who has written their songs since before their debut. Lee Suhyun, the sister, also is known as the Korean Disney Princess due to her perfect vocals. Her solo songs are also really good and she's quite popular! She's the main voice of AKMU since her brother purposefully writes the songs so she can shine while he supports.

This was a really great reaction, it’s always so fun seeing people dive into AKMU! 🥰 In so many ways I wish I could go back all those years and discover them all over again. 🥹 I know you wanted AKMU suggestions but since you’re a really big fan of their synth sounds I can’t help but recommend Chanhyuk’s (the brother) solo album “ERROR” - it’s incredible start to finish but if I could only recommend two songs it would be his title track “Panorama” (there’s an mv) and the b-side “Time! Stop!”. Hope you can get round to them sometime, thanks! :)

The 4th song was "Time and Fallen Leaves". It was supposed to be on their debut album " Play". But he felt it didn't fit with the other songs on the album so it was released as a single. And they didn't make a video for it because he wanted the listener to have their own concept in their own minds. Its also a song they didn't sing a lot live. Love your reaction! What they said before performing DINOSAUR was that they said they wouldn’t perform it live (bcos it’s vocally strenuous esp for Suhyun) but here they are performing it again (because yes, it’s THAT song). The punch I think was for all the high notes that Chanhyuk (The brother/writer/producer of all their songs) put Suhyun through. 😂 Seeing people discover these musically genius sibilings brings me a different level JOY! Hope you can react to iKON’s Killing Verse (they used to be in YG same as AKMU), They are the first group to be there instead of Killing Voice because they are considered a HIPHOP Group but their discography has it! How people move (very funky, quirky song) 3. Nakka (IU featured in this song) 4. How can I love the heartbreak (a song about a couple in the process of breakup😢) 5. Re- bye (amazing song) 6. 200% (earlier song of their debut) 7. Love Lee (new song released this year 2023) Fun fact: ♡ the brother Chanhyuk produces all of their song. The song was "how can i love the heartbreak you're the one i love" The one that was a whole different vibe was "How people move" and "Do I need to say they make it look effortless" was "200%" The one that started with a classical piano was "The last goodbye" which they released just before the brother joined the military.
