YASSS to the benzoyl peroxide for underarms! My dermatologist in high school told me that as a side tip when she gave me prescription strength BP for my acne. At the time she said to use it for gym days or days I'd be sweating a lot; in hindsight, my anxiety is like "you must have been a smelly girl and that was her polite way of hinting at it" 🙃

Kat you need to try eye masks with Bluetooth. I play white noise all night, blocks out door slams, etc and when your alarm goes off the white noise cuts off. I’ll never turn back.

For hygiene’s sake …shower daily and wear fresh clean clothes. Deodorant/ antiperspirant/ perfume is an option to help . Baby wipes can help you as well to keep fresh

A big part of body odor also comes from our diet: garlic, onions, meat, for example. So I drink a lot of water, and when going into crowded situations, those are eliminated from my diet. More importantly, please read the ingredients on virtually ALL commercial deodorants. They contain dangerous ingredients, including the warning that if we have kidney disease, we should ask our doctor before using them! ANY product that tells me not to use it until asking my doctor, is something I'm staying away from. Especially under arms after shaving, and in general when pores are open.

I love Lume for deodorant on all different areas of the body. It has really saved my shoes in the past year! But there again, it does not prevent sweat, so I follow it up with my DIY antiperspirant.

I complained to my dermatologist about the body oder from my armpits and under my (uummmm.....) "top half" (I'm a female if that says anything..... lol. So, she prescribed me a topical clindamyacin solution to be used after I wash (and dry) those areas. I let that solution dry and then apply my prescription antiperspirant (also prescribed by my dermatologist) and then use a tea tree oil scented deodorant (recommended by my dermatologist). Since I started using this protocol I haven't had an issue with bo 😊😊😊.....

Love this vid! I travel a lot and I advise anyone to get a portable charger. I never charge in the airport using the airport charging stations as there is a possibility that hackers can hack into your devices by rigging the stations. So on the safe side, I make sure to charge my portable charger at home before travel. Also sometimes on plane some usbs may not work . So have a portable charger with you! Blessings!

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid in Refillable rollerball bottle also works for deodorant. (Please note, I said deodorant, not antiperspirant. So stops smells , not sweat).

For your hair straightener, I would leave the cord out of the bag, zip it up and then roll it under the Velcro strap. That way if you put it away hot you don't risk burning the cord. Just my 2 cents though!

I have terrible hypherhydrosis under my arms & it absolutely sucks but I have finally found an anti perspirant that keeps me dry, Carpe, (Lume didn't do anything except stink to high heaven)) so while that has been extremely helpful, I am RUNNING to try the PanOxyl. I also keep body wipes on me for long haul travel so I can wipe down my pits & reapply my deodorant because I do NOT want to be the stinky lady. Also, not me running to pick up more stuff for my trip to Switzerland - you're my travel gadget enabler. 😆

The very best body odor fighter is Lumé. You can put it under arms, boobs, privates and feet, and it truly keeps odor away from ALL those places, even on the worst hot sweaty days. I wish everyone sitting squished in coach would use it.
