You can, but it's a worse outcome for white to just take the pawn. The pawn on e4 can be easily taken with the rook anyway after black takes your bishop, so white taking on h4 gives them a second pawn.

Twitch changed its rules straight out of twitch con. Until now, barring a bespoke custom contract like CR's, you couldn't simultaneously stream on twitch + another platform. That has now changed meaning a streamer can be on multiple platforms simultaneously as long as they don't ask people to monetize them off platform. So people are trying both platforms to see what works best.
