Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage! Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by their warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.

battery and two wheller not working good with in one month - that too with 250km of run-- dealer tried to repalce the battery with a used and damaged after a month of reporting complaint-- still waiting for the new battery and iusse to be solved -- ekm dealer tahikakttukara aluva - not able to fix as per their words -- agagin and again telling OEM not giving the new batter ,,baut no posotive reply for speed issue - not able to speedup beyond 3okm /hy in both mode I and II...The battery shows fully drain on discharge level of 50%....forst one month it worked well, after the serovce it all went wrong and waiig for last 4 months to get it solved

सिर्फ 65 किलोमीटर से ज्यादा नही चलती है गाडी एक बार चार्जिंग करणे मे तीन युनिट खाती है और छे घंटे लगाते है लो क्वालिटी प्लास्टिक पुरा सामान लो कॉलिटी का हे किंमत पेट्रोल बाईक से तीन गुन्हा ज्यादा हे स्पेअरपार्ट की 1 साल हुऐ हे magnus ex चार्जर खराब हुआ होन खराब हुआ शापक खराब होई दोनों आगे ओर पीछे के सेल्फ स्टार की बटन खराब हुई लाईट इंडिकेटर्स की बटन दो बार बदल चुका हे अगे का मटगर झटके झटके से टूट गया और दोनो साईड मीरर झटके झटके से टुट गया रिमोट खराब हुआ सिर्फ मोटर ओर बैटरी का गारंटी हे सिर्फ 20000 km तक 20000 km होते ही सब खतम वारटी और भी बहुत प्रॉब्लेम है पैसे वेस्ट हे गाड़ी लेकर ये स्पीयर स्पोर्ट भी नही मिलते शो रूम पे में तो लेके फस गया

Aur jo ye keh reh hain ki koi maintainence nahi he isme bahut Jhooth bol rahe hein . Such bata raha hoon maintenance Bahut mangegi ye gadi me khud ek mechanic hoon .
