I wish there was a detailed installation video for Am5

This is one of the simpler AIOs to install, so following the manual you should be okay.

So i have the 13900k and the noctua u12 redux and my stress temps were idle at 37c-41c and max around 91c. With the lc 240 aio the idle is 32c and max at 79-80 . I love my noctua air cooler but it just wasnt working in my setup for some reason.

Because you've got the 13900k, that CPU is super hot.

@Jordan Ash: have you tried Front mount with the air flow from front to inside, then inside to top? In such case, the rad and the pump are at the same horizontal, still good?
@jordanash3 ай бұрын
I used this in a build as well but did top mount for both. You'd get a couple of degrees better result in the front I'd expect, but either would be fine.

I can't tell you exactly as I don't know the temperature of your country or how many volts your motherboard puts into the CPU, but this would be fine for a 13700k.

I don't know how much benefit you'll get swapping from that to this, again there's lots of things you need to consider. Asetek 8th Gen AIO's have been cooler, but a lot more expensive.

Not on this one, as the pump is decoupled.

I've not used this with a 14900K, but that's a VERY hot CPU, I'd look at something Astek 8th Gen as those have better performance. Hopefully someone else using a 14900k with this can help though.

Сам насос довольно тихий, однако вентилятор VRM шумит, поэтому я бы рекомендовал выключить его как можно сильнее. В любом случае, это не оказало существенного влияния на температуру VRM. Гугл-переводчик, извините, если не очень точно.

I'm gonna guess you mean the Asus ROG Strix LC III, wanted to check as you've commented on the TUF LC 2 video. The Ryujin III performs better, as it has a thicker rad. For the 14900K you need all the help you can get so if you can afford it get the Ryujin III.

Cool, yeah I'd get the Ryujin if you can afford the jump. I've yet to try the LC III (I have one, but have other stuff to cover first), but the thicker rad and 8th Gen pump have had a good improvement in cooling potential.
