The chandelier was beautiful- the past few years I’ve been forced to let go of things I loved in order to make room for receiving new things I will love even more. It made me incredibly sad to see your tears. From this one video I see that you are amazing and I’m reminding you to never ever forget that 😊 I have been flea marketing for several years now but not successfully. I currently have 2- 5x10 booths and I am currently about to open a 10x15 booth 40 minutes away- $500 booth rent total. Am I crazy- YUP! I REFUSE to give up. I’m still a lot confused on how the business piece works, however, you gave some very very valuable tips. Thank you for the content. SN: I’m in Arkansas, auctions are a weekly thing. I just don’t feel comfortable going alone so I stopped going. I do enjoy estate sales.

Absolutely SUPER content!!!! Love the auction pickups because I have no really good auctions around me (that I know of). Booth looks great! Something for me to strive for!!! Love that you use neutral colored plumes (what are they and where did you get them?) instead of fake greenery like everyone else does. I enjoyed!!!

Thank you Sharon! I'll keep doing the Auction Pickups. They are Dried Pampas Grass Plumes and I ordered mine from LUXE B PAMPAS GRASS (@luxebpampasgrass on Insta). She's based out of Canada so they did take a little while to come in but they are beautiful and I just considered them an investment.

My house is a mix of antiques n modern furniture and accessories. Nothing wrong mixing them. I would not have sold or place for sale the chandelier (very rare to find), the fireplace mantel e also a huge floor mirror u hv in another posting. Those pieces are precious. If u like so much the style of the merchandise u buy, why not to chance ur home decor? It's so much fun to decor with antiques. Ahhh! The hunting is even more exciting. Go for it n good luck!

Thanks for this! I like seeing the auction pickups since it shows the "start to finish" of a story. I use the wire tags, since I'm not great at tying knots, and I can stick the wire through textile items!

We source our inventory a bit differently. It's overflowing into my home, which is not at all how I wanted or invisioned this. Lol. The issue is making my booth appealing for buyers and where to put all this stuff and to rid my home of the clutter. The booth's is a 10x20. Great stuff so well arranged and displayed. Here’s a vendor question - when you do a restock - what do you do with inventory you take out of your booth? I struggle with the age old dilemma of if it didn’t sell this year will it sell next year? I cull lots of smaller items but then my storage space gets taken by things I tried to sell but didn’t.

I absolutely love the way you style your booth! I like how you hung the mirrors on the back of the cabinet and the skull on the front…I’m curious if that ever has any issues, I just picture my customers knocking the mirrors off trying to buy the cabinet or something. I’d love to do some styling in my booth like that but I’m a little nervous.

Thank you! I only had an issue one time but it was a small item. The staff at the mall do a good job making sure everything is removed from a piece before they try to move it. But I do know that I am taking a risk doing that 😂

Thank God : at the end of the day it’s all just stuff !right ?!?!? yes it’s all so beautiful & some of it just seems to scream our name like your favorite chandelier but I’m only telling you my story because I hope it will help you as well as many others on your channel here goes: no one loves the whole thrifting & the hunt it’s more thrilling than I can ever tell you but having said that in the past I also have gone thru the sadness of divorce it all is really too much so let me just tell you how I made myself make it thur giving up the beautiful things that I had handpicked of course that includes people & all of a sudden they had to go so God gave me the wisdom to pray to him & ask him for his help so I asked God if he would just not let it overwhelm me when I looked back in memory of the things & folks I loved now when I pray God always helps me to move on I am so happy that God taught me this very hard difficult lesson a long time ago because I lost my only beautiful fabulous amazing daughter this year & I can tell you that when you loose a child there is nothing anyone can say or do to bring you thru

Hey Bette, This IS my style or, at least, very close to it. I might be a little minimalist at heart but that doesn't really work when you need inventory to display and make money. Located in Virginia.
