The building is in a hill with a nice view. This is a good neighborhood. The apartments are big and it is very close to restaurants, stores and cinemas. It is a little pricey for tijuana buy it is great location.

If that's how it's built then how is the safety of the community it's built in? I'd prefer the premises be extra secure and the tenants checked for income and criminal history so once I'm pass the guard gate there are no bars and it's open design, etc.
