I just don't get the purpose of this product. Sure it's futuristic, but it just seems really gimmicky and then considering the amount of people around the world who wear glasses, contact lenses and it doesn't work for them unless they get extra lenses to clip in, in order for it to work for them seems a total faff.

While Quest is better for an average consumer right now (I’m a Quest 3 user), I feel like so many people are missing why this is so expensive. It’s the quality overall with both hardware and software. It’s also because Apple doesn’t want to sell a bunch of these. This is for devs and wealthier enthusiasts.
