Oh gosh you've got me thinking now! My guess is the reverse dapple. If it was grey overo x blk rabicano it would be a steel grey. I'm most likely wrong but that's the closest I could find. If you manage to get the special cost let me know what it is!

You can use the pearl Friesian, it's all breeding is all based on coat colours

It's possible to breed the new colour onto a different breed but you can't breed horses to create that colour
