About energy transmission
This video channels energy from the Divine through the channel, into you. It is always sent for your highest and best good and the highest and best good for all involved.

Reiki Notes & Common Experiences:
1) You may feel an initial increase of stress or anxiety coming to the surface. This is normal! Allow it so happen (don't fight it). It is coming to the surface to be cleared.

Haniel has been with me my entire 62 years , she comes to me in my dreams , and it's like I'm seeing my oldest and greatest friend, and we have a fantastic time in meadows , playing in the beautiful Brooks, but we're both young children but when she leaves I want to go with her but she always says I can't go yet , and when I awake , I feel like I just lost my greatest friend , but then again , randomly she shows back up again, I love her ! Ha ok so this is long but I have put off saying it for a while now!! I know this is somewhat a repeat of comments from all other beautiful souls who’ve gone through this journey under your channeling of these divine energies but your signature imprint and transcription of all sessions you’ve ever put on your channel is what makes them so inspiring and effective !
