I apologize for the poor quality as I forgot to record alongside my stream so I had to download the vod in order to make this. Also keep in mind this a very surface level analysis! There are a lot of missing tests that could have potential to break the game even further. For example if the spears simply stop tames like stegos from being shot.

I'm guessing the reason why it does not affect the spears that are tagged onto creatures is because it no longer counts as a projectile, so the game has a bit of a stroke trying to figure out what is on the pt, which might explain why it stops shooting the tagged pt.

if you have a full tribe, have everyone throw a spear at the same time onto the PT. then C spin into a base to have a larger boom boom

They do about Same damage as a normal Grenade difference is just they Stick to the target

Idk I don’t think I’d be that game breaking cause they do such little damage it’d just slightly buff pt spinning I mean it’s just tek grenades from ase but worse

they cost 30 gp. 6 man tribe each throws 2-3 you have 10+ spears on a tame going into lets say a 6x wall? yeah its ggs lol They can do like 1k dmg+ to a turret in 1x so in 6x 10 will 100% blow a hole. I'm gonna test it more later to see how it interacts w tames like stegos etc cuz the really broken part is the turrets barely target the tames. Also turrets shoot tek nades, they dont shoot these.

obviously the spears themselves dont seem broken whatsoever its just reminding me of like the gen 2 tek bows on release and how turrets barely shot them

I think it is targetting the spear but since the pt is blocking the spear it isnt shooting because it cant hit the spear

Yeah exactly. Seems like a targeting/tracking issue fs and I’m assuming it’s because the game registers a flying spear as a projectile but not when it’s landed but then turrets still want to shoot the explosive so they get confused

seems like this guy never used c4 and put it on tame and then whistled that doesnt get shot of aswell just like you tested and it does like 3x more damage

If you had a tribe of 5 guys you could get at least 15 spears on a pt if your running a cave entrance, etc

There basicaly tek nades but more broken like nades get shot even if there on the ground but if the spears hit the ground then they are Invincible so for ratholes they are way more broken and if more then one person can throw spears onto 1 tame its ggs ngl Actually for 6x caves with pts if what i mentioned works then bye bye wall😅

last I checked grenades don’t stick to tames and cause them to not get shot but maybe im wrong 😭
