I love how the Titanfall community is finding a home in this series. It genuinely warms my heart as someone who is also a huge fan of Titanfall, and has spent countless hours into Titanfall 2's multiplayer.

I’m interested to see where the story goes. For example in the other trailers you have a female giving you battle advice. Yet in this trailer it’s Handler Walter. I wonder if this will be like an Anime where at first you’re fighting with the corporations, but later in the game your character gets more and more independent, regaining their humanity and eventually breaks the “leash” and joins the rebellion. With later Handler Walter being the final boss.

@@boodstain More than likely. Although 6 takes some inspiration from their souls games it's still very much a different monster. Much more straightforward lore heavy with focus on characters, singular missions without open world and story about how immensely fucked everything is because of humanity's arrogance and hubris. In other words, pretty much your standard cyberpunk/mech fare with awesome robots duking it out and high difficulty allowing to play out those fantasie about Gundams and etc. Ok, now that I've written it out... Yeah, it's still souls like when it comes to story and atmosphere, but with stages instead of open world and corpos instead of being lone wolf...

Honestly didn't notice the weight on the gatling. Kind of proves the story trailer ac doesn't work as he had some kind of grenade launcher as well. The quarter circle bars I'm pretty sure are ammo counts. I noticed your weapons reload slow. So I'm guessing if you stagger something and all your weapons are on cooldown you wasted that stagger.

@@dejectedfrogcat2840 Unfortunately not. The director did express a fondness for the old debt system and that there were internal discussions about it, almost sounds like FromSoft was worried about pushing too many people away.

​@@colbyboucher6391 I feel as though the hard-lock, quick turn speeds, and the complete removal of the old tuning system, with it being replaced with the new OS Tuning system instead, which acts more like an RPG skill tree (then again, the old one also felt like a stat upgrade tree) It does feel like the game was designed to maintain the general vibe and feeling of AC, but otherwise, changing things to be more arcadey, with lower consequences and less of the simulation elements. This doesn't make it necessarily bad, but, it does mean that it ain't quite the game I was looking for.
