I'm currently riding a ArmWS 60 liter board, what size FG wingboard would you recommend as my next step? The wing sizes used are 6, 5, and 4. I'm weighs 56 kg (123 lbs), which is at an intermediate level.

You can probably drop down to the 48L! Let us know if we can help you get one. Or the 40L is great as a sinker for most.
