It's only for a few of them. Kastov, Taq Evolvere, Pulemyot, and Rapp H. Maybe the Taq Eradicator too but I don't have that high enough level to know.

Trust me on this, the SVA is x10 better for tac stance. I play a ton of hardcore (18 days, over 40k kills) and everyone thinks Im cheating because of it. I tried this build, and is has sooo much recoil compared. Also Ram 7 and 9 both have best tac stance in terms of getting the stat as close to zero as possible, but they lack damage and accuracy compared to the SVA. You can get SVA to 1.0 on tac stance and still have room for the 60 round mag. Try it out
