When I worked there in 2017 I did the cannoe every morning they wanted me to join the row team it's a great experience if everyone does there job but when everyone stops to take pics and it's only u and 2 other cast members it's a work out. I also got to meet magic journeys back stage at the same time while working there best time of my life lol

The canoes are so much fun! The cast members do most often work & they do a hilarious commentary. Kind of similar to the jungle cruise skipper. Highly recommended!

Of all the times that I've ever went to Disneyland I've never ridden the canoes. It's not until last year when I took my nephew that he chose the canoes. It was so much fun. Watching my nephew struggle to keep pace was so hilarious. He kept splashing water on the other people

My grandkids love the canoes. It's one of those things that is fun to do on a crowded day. If you get tired you can take a break. Just don't do it on a super hot day. Also you may get splashed a bit.

I love being in the canoe. As a guests it was scary cause I was afraid to tip over or getting to close to the ships. But when I was a cast member we used to wake up super duper early to do canoe races. And it felt beautiful. The whole rivers of America to us.

Seriously - the Jolly Holiday grilled cheese and tomato soup were sooooo comforting after a long day! And the little one loved the mac and cheese. We also loved their cinnamon rolls and maple nut cheesecake. And there’s so much good food all over the park that I could just go on and on 🥳

I did the canoes. It was definitely a fun but tiring experience. I got in a boat where kids just splashed the water and it got in my face. However, it’s something you definitely experience. I believe they aren’t on rails so your experience will be different each time you go. When I went, we saw the Mark Twain stop for our canoe to pass. The people on the boat cheering us on. Good times!

My husband and I went to Disneyland a few months back and got in a car accident on our way home to Utah after our trip. I have been in and out of the hospital and trying to recover from a back surgery because of that accident, and your videos bring me so much joy during this hard time. My best friend and I did the canoes....when we were in high school....the guys they had guiding them were dressed in buckskin and raccoon hats .....and were cute (the real attraction...lol)🤪 The paddling didn't take much effort (my Dad tried to convince us the canoes ran on tracks)

My dad decided it would be a good idea for a family of 5 to do the canoes. We kiddos were all pretty young. It was a long and difficult journey and the cast member was very serious about the job that we needed to do. Struggle bus for my 5 year old arms for sure. Haven’t ridden them since lol but the cast members look fun and friendly when I see them in videos nowadays!

on the canoes: growing up it was a must do for my family, my parents loved it! i thought it was fun for about half the ride then my arms start getting tired but you take breaks so its okay. i just rode the canoes w some family that came for the holidays and honestly it stood out to them even among all the other cool attractions at the park (it was their first time). very funny when the cast member said, "that was the first lap, we have two more to go!" would recommend to try at least once :)
