I think both of them might have had a kind of soul tie or a blood covenant between them. . Both of them experience abuses from each other, yet both decided to stay in the abusive marriage, for reasons best known to them. This for me is virtually a case of deep evil and perhaps a ritualistic love which was definitely supposed to have a tragic ending. I pray 🙏 that Lord protect and cover those beautiful children away from all that confusion in Jesus name

Your insights as a legal practitioner are so profound. I have been around drug addicts and one of the first step in their detox journey is when they on their own agree to walk away from drugs. My mother realised that if she didn't leave her marriage when we were kids she would be dead. Today she is alive and I get to tell her "thank you for making a painful but life saving decision."

I strongly feel that there should be a centre that teaches anger management and how women and men who suffer DV learn what to do about their situations. Religious Centres should preach against DV as well as offer therapy. In developed countries all medical people are aware of DV and are mandated to report to the Police.

The family certainly did all they could to help her. I have a family member who’s exactly in these shoes. Our family has done all they can to help her (lovingly, prayerfully, forcefully, name it) but she is not willing t to be helped. We have left it to God at the end of the day. There’s really only so much that can be done. It’s so sad. Such women are among us, our sisters , friends, neighbors. All around us!

My dear sometimes those girls are under a spell! Those boys also go to native doctors!my cousin was like that, it was if she didn't have ears! My father bought them a house gave millions to invest in business, the guy had a strong hold on my cousin and was cheating and mistreated her because he knew my dad love us so much, that since my cousin is my dad's heart because of my late uncle, that man was playing with all our emotions. Until my great grand mother back home lost it and went to see a native Dr. They made him confess! We believe in God, but sometimes one has to go back the nature and culture to get her out of that! His plan was to kill her the following coming year because she was now a multi millionaire in dollars as an entrepreneur in America. He was lazy as hell and was just spending money on her, thank God he put a spell on her so that they won't have kids, so whenever she was pregnant she lost it! Once they separated my cousin got pregnant and she is in a very healthy marriage with twin girls! The guy is a crack addict now in rehab! So pray for her by any means possible , sometimes it's not natural love it's possession they do on a girl coming from a financially stable environment! Don't blame your sister. She might be going through hell and he is holding her hostage , threatening to leave her and forcing her to do not speak to you guys, or else he will kill both of them etc... That's what is creating the frustratiom in the woman, because he is caging her, while *HE* is having fun, so now she goes crazy, no friends, no family, but Mr is socializing and she is too ashamed of admitting that she made a mistake because she projects the judgement & criticism coming from the family and females older siblings laughing at her etc... So she thinks at that moment that she can fix it by showing anyhow that disagree with his behavior by breaking , fighting and arguing because she is just a bank account, he never wanted the kids with her so he used all her weak points to look down on her, she lost her self estime! If you truly love your sister like we did with ours, please by the grace of God do something drastic before you lose her! Take any kind of drastic measures before she kills him one day or he does! Because trust me,she might be very sad every evening crying in the bathroom! And pretending to be the happiest married woman on earth in front of the world fighting you all the time! FREE HER FROM THERE! SHE WILL THANK YOU ONE DAY! WE SAVED OUR OWN, AND SHE IS DOING GREAT! AND OURS IS A PhD holder, so it's not about education, it's about the power that these monsters have on our siblings, because it goes both ways too! Take care , I pray for you sister dear! God bless you, please don't abondon her even if she is DISRESPECTFUL, my dad was depressed because my cousin was like a mad person insulting and threatening to kill herself, it was just insane but he said one day, I know the daughter I raised this is not my baby girl! And my great grandma went ahead and did what she had to do, to free my sister! So my dear, dont GIVE UP ON HER ,IT DOESNT MATTER HOW DIFFICULT IT IS! PLEASE IN THE NAME OF GOD! 🥺 PLEASE, PEASE, PLEASE, WE ARE A VERY HAPPY FAMILY AGAIN AND WE ARE ALL MARRIED AND HAVE FUN ON SUNDAYS ON FAMILY REUNION, WHE IS BEAUTIFUL AND DOING VERY WELL! PLEASE *SAVE HER BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!* GOOD LUCK AND MAY GOD AND THE POWER OF YOUR ANCESTORS BE WITH YOU GUYS! GOD BLESS!

Honestly, the first step to helping victims of abuse is convincing them that they are abused and letting them accept that they can be helped. If they have not accepted that they need help, no matter what you do, they will always return to their abusers. It's really a scary situation. That is why people need to do their due diligence before engaging in relationships and marriages as well as be knowledgeable enough to know what they deserve and reject any wrong act being meted on them.

This is what I kept saying. They were both toxic and violent. She maybe dead now but she was still just as toxic as he was. Then you factor in her mental health issues which is rumoured to be a result of the rituals she did. A woman who is willing to set the house on fire with her children in it is definitely not mentally stable. People handle things differently, the man may even be in shock.

Sometimes they are under a spell! I saw another story about a lady: Imagine one going to bell her cheating husband because he cheated on her with a married woman and the husband out of rage locked both of them, and when he came out he still beats his wife, and when the family went to fetch her to bring her to the hospital, and beg her to leave the husband, Mrs crazy said its also for the worst ,marriage is not only for the best I will not leave my husband 😂 it's not funny, but those spells are not playing with their brains and hearts....! ....When the family knows that normally their daughter doesn't have that kind of behavior ,they should take drastic measures to save her or he! Because it goes both ways, sometimes men are also held hostage under spells in passionate marriages.

Many around her warned her to flee due to his frequent assault. She claimed her high school sweet heart , and father of her sons ......making excuses that it is his illness or coming to America that made him an abuser. Some people envy and ignorance are just out of this world. Look at my daughter for an example. From 9th grade I started following Dave Ramsey, I sat her down taught her the budget, taught her tithing from ten years old, taught her investing , mutual funds , 401k from the time she was in 9th grade. She saw me and watched me pay off 16 credit cards and all my debt , pay cash for everything . In 12 grade high school the first day her theology teacher introduced Dave Ramsey, my daughter was way above the class. She got up and taught the class. I went to pick her up from school the teacher was waiting to tell me thank you. You think that this kind of child will go to college and make poor money decisions? Be bad with money. Blow up money like she had no financial education at home? Your better stop blaming parents who did the best and raised their children right. Children have their own minds . Make their own choices. This lady parents on several occasions told her to leave, intervened. She said she was not going to raise her children as a single mother. Why are they blaming her parents. Bad society .

Come to think ofit what would be the most likely charge that would be used against him. I seriously don't think there is going to be a charge. Will it be murder or attempted murder. There is no malice aforethought here or intention to cause death or harm that lead to her death. Will it be manslaughter? he did not set the fire so there is no negligence. What charge now will they use to prosecute him. Will they find a probable cause to prosecute him?. Well I think when it comes to the actus reus probably an omission to act when he owed the duty of care to act. Most likely but actus reus to what offence. Chai! This is a difficult one.

Even tho d woman had her own faults. From the story d man pulled it first and d woman had the right to b up to fight for her right. It was the duty of d man to have understood and respect the woman rather than kicking back at her. I personally understand and to me I will heap 90% of the blame on d man to have desecrated their agreement or mutual understanding. In all, I think what gave them riches turned around. No, i don't think he is remorseful. Following the story of their marriage i realized he displayed narcissistic behaviors. And from my research, i understand that narcissists don't regret their actions, or become remorseful. Narcissists, never see themselves as the one at fault. They always, see themselves as the victim. In your last video, you talked about IVD making mocking posts immediately the wife Bimbo died. That is how Narcissists, behave. They are always eager, to win public sympathy to make their victim look bad or guilty. Watching, him repeatedly say " in my own house" meaning he doesn't feel the house belongs to both of them. That's exactly, how Narcissists THINK! They always, want to use the things they have achieved as a tool to abuse their victim. He absolutely, ignore the role she played in making him successful or rich. The greatest, mistake Bimbo made was staying with him for so many years. When you continue, to stay in a relationship with a narcissist. You end up defending yourself, all the time. You end, up trying to beat them to their game. You end, up explaining your private life to the public cos that's what the narcissist does to make you the victim look bad. You end, up being toxic, bitter, and vengeful. Narcissists, are very manipulative and controlling. Which, is why Bimbo kept going back to him everytime she walks away and he begs. You end, up thinking you can get them to love you (love bombing) like they did at the beginning. You keep, trying to prove yourself to make the abuser see how good you can be to them. Which is why Bimbo, can do anything for IVD cos' she felt the need to prove how far she will go for him. By the time, you realise what is happening you are already deep in the mess. She takes, drugs and do the things he do to make him see how loyal she is and how perfect they can be as a team. And just when you finally, realized it's never going to get better as long as you remain with your abuser. The abuser, wouldn't let you leave them or walk away from them easily without making you regret it. Which, is why he wanted her to leave with absolutely nothing. Which is why he would rather watch her burn than let her walk away with the papers. Which is why he would rather she leave him looking burnt and deformed, of her beauty. Than let, her leave in a way that she could still be useful to herself, or still be attractive to anyone else. When it comes, to dealing with a narcissist you can't win them when you become just like them. The only way you can win them is walking away from them and living your life, happily without them in it. From, your last video in which you explained how the family fought so hard to separate them. I don't, see why the family should be blamed for any of this. Thanks Nezeville, for sharing.

This is so apt, I fled a narcissist marriage, I was 3 months pregnant and 6 months into the marriage and i never looked back. People were like you should have endured more. I didnt know about the word Narcissm till i got married and started to experience the abuse. It is emotionally draining, it is really hard to explain. They will beg you with everything, my husband will cry like a baby and recruit others to beg me, but it is always a circle. If you leave, they will blame you. if you die they will still blame you. In the end you will choose how you want to leave dead or alive.

With information has been released to the public so far,Yes the family did all they could. I hope he does not get released

The victims usually refute 'help' they give many reasons that make you bleed. 'For my children' or fear of ostracism by society. The family did everything. The only person that can help, the abuser is ONLY the abuser.

@Nezeville thanks for the updates but what is FIDA doing in Nigeria to help push laws in the house of assembly that protect women and even men in abusive marriages as well as providing shelter for them until they can get their footing back because the reason these women don't leave is because they are afraid of starting from scratch. We all know that Nigeria is a very patriachal society where men push women out of houses they built together and even take the kids from them. I think our judiciary can do more in this area

Nigeria's legislators are predominantly comprised of men.. a good percentage of whom beat their wives. They aren't quite keen on passing these kind of laws.

I think the family should have done more. I can’t understand how a 17 year old would have been allowed to do all she did despite having a family. I truly can’t understand it. I was once 17 and I now the family I come from, best believe none of my siblings or I would have been able to even to conceive the idea of what she did neither would we have been able to carry out any negative action.

Pls its not everybody that listens to their parents or family!
@Iphie20192 жыл бұрын
@@janebassey3943 but should that be the case? I know not everyone listens but as a society we have to find ways to also manage kids who don’t listen so they don’t end up going astray in life. There are many lessons from this story and that’s the angle I am trying to highlight.

She met him when she was 17 but once she turned 18 what did you want them to do?
@Iphie20192 жыл бұрын
@@tanagunda1368 my dear, we Nigerians don’t subscribe to letting a young adult totally fend for themselves just cos they turn 18 years. It’s Foriegn to us. It’s a cultural thing for us and very uncommon. I made my comment as a fellow Nigerian.
@tanagunda13682 жыл бұрын
@@Iphie2019 I know what you are talking about but regardless wether it’s culture or not, once a person becomes an adult there isn’t much you can do to them specially when they have some place else to go, you want them to tie her up? culture or not, and adult is an adult

Of course, many people would have opinions about the family laying blame but as we know, not everyone has sense. Women are loyal and love hard and a debated issue is 'culture forces women to see their man as the end of their decision before laying the rest of their life's course in his hands. The programs 'for my man and fatal attraction' do not exist for nothing.

This is a case of two people who were in love but were not good for each other. They stayed together through spiritual manipulation; a covenant could have been in place. This was a case of a husband and wife both abusing each other. It is only God who could have saved her, not her family, they tried. So, what do you do? you intercede on her behalf which means the person interceding must be living a holy life. You CANNOT fight a Spiritual battle in the physical and win. Cases like this most often, end in tragedy; thank God the children did not get hurt. Had she moved out with the house paper and her children it might have been worse or she would end up going back to her husband. Jesus is calling us, He wants to save us. Please surrender your life before it is too late. May the husband surrender his life to Christ and take care of his children.

Any marriage where man and woman don't agree always finish like this,how can a woman come out in social media to declare that she has gotten another lover that is better than her husband,
