Since there hasn't been a Scepter update, I would like to suggest a new Scepter effect. It could be like a circus lion taming act. You can target an enemy, and they will be forced to stand on a wooden platform. The hero will be stunned for 3 seconds, and their magic and physical resistance will be reduced. The ringmaster will then whip both sides to cause some damage. it will be fun. 😂

no he can't. It's just a replay fitur where the viewer be granted vision of enemies, just like what happened at 2:58 where phoenix goes behind the tree but we can still see him. That means the spike throw at 1:30 was purely player's smart/lucky prediction.

I've tried this hero a couple of times. It's honestly quite useless as core and even as support there are plenty other choices better than this hero. Its ulti is considered higher difficulty to pull off in terms of mechanics, the 3rd spell is DOT and only good for laning phase, the first spell although high in damage would easily be evaded in high level games if you want to charge it to maximum.
