U should check input and out put temperature with thermameter. Without which it doesn't serve any purpose. The temperature shown on Panel is set temperature. This will cutoff heater if temperature exceeds. Effectiveness is increase in temperature.

I have bought this geyser but it is not working in satisfactory manner. We are using it in the kitchen for washing utensils. At low flow, the geyser does not switch the heater on and at higher water flow the geyser is not able to maintain the desired temperature of 40 degrees. Complained 2-3 times but the status is same. It is complicated to get hot/warm water at desired temperature. What is the minimum flow requirement for this geyser to switch the heating on? and what is the max flow it can handle to be able to maintain the desired temperature?

Hi, for kitchen use 1L or 3L tank size. Both will heat water to 55-60°C so with mixer you can get 2.5L in one time in 1L tank and 7.5L in one time in 3L

Sir in servicing, the technician will check the heating element and tank and will clean the hard water deposits. He'll also check the anode rod which is also common now in geysers, may be inlet outlet pipes plug or anode rod needs to be replaced. It is better to call a professional for servicing.
